Coastal sanctuary in Cheltenham, Devonport.

Located on prestigious Tainui Road steps from Cheltenham Beach, this project reflects refined peninsula living with custom concrete, fine timber craft, and pool engineering.

UHAUS delivered an uncompromising high-spec execution—centering the outdoor living pavilion around an in-ground swimming pool, flush hardwood timber decking, architectural louvres, and monolithic privacy screening designed to endure the maritime microclimate.
