01 / The brief & craft
Disciplined geometry on the Devonport peninsula.
Positioned between Cheltenham Beach and Narrow Neck, this residence balances monolithic privacy against light-filled, open-plan coastal living.
UHAUS executed the build with extreme tolerances—integrating textured board-formed architectural concrete walls, cantilevered hardwood decking, and bespoke timber screening. Every junction between dark-framed structural glazing and warm cedar surfaces was resolved with millimeter precision.
